    وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    (189) And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allāh is over all things competent.

    {189} أي: هو المالك للسماوات والأرض وما فيهما من سائر أصناف الخلق المتصرف فيهم بكمال القدرة وبديع الصنعة، فلا يمتنع عليه منهم أحد، ولا يعجزه أحد.
