    وَقَالُوا۟ مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالًا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ

    (62) And they will say, "Why do we not see men whom we used to count among the worst?^[1331]

    {62} {وقالوا}: وهم في النار: {ما لَنا لا نرى رِجالاً كُنَّا نعدُّهم من الأشرارِ}؛ أي: كنَّا نزعُمُ أنَّهم من الأشرارِ المستحقِّين لعذاب النار، وهم المؤمنون، تَفَقَّدَهُم أهلُ النار قبَّحَهم الله؛ هل يَرَوْنَهم في النار؟
