    وَعَدَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ مَغَانِمَ كَثِيرَةً تَأْخُذُونَهَا فَعَجَّلَ لَكُمْ هَـٰذِهِۦ وَكَفَّ أَيْدِىَ ٱلنَّاسِ عَنكُمْ وَلِتَكُونَ ءَايَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ صِرَٰطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا

    (20) Allāh has promised you much booty that you will take [in the future] and has hastened for you this [victory] and withheld the hands of people from you - that it may be a sign for the believers and [that] He may guide you to a straight path.

    Tafsir as-Sa'di (Arabic)

    Covers verses 20

    {20} {وعدكم اللهُ مغانمَ كثيرةً تأخُذونها}: وهذا يشمل كلَّ غنيمة غَنَّمها المسلمين إلى يوم القيامة، {فعجَّلَ لكم هذهِ}؛ أي: غنيمة خيبر؛ أي: فلا تحسَبوها وحدَها، بل ثمَّ شيءٌ كثيرٌ من الغنائم سيتبعها، {و} احمدوا الله إذْ {كفَّ أيدِيَ الناسِ}: القادرين على قتالكم الحريصين عليه {عنكم}: فهي نعمةٌ وتخفيفٌ عنكم، {ولتكونَ}: هذه الغنيمة {آيةً للمؤمنينَ}: يستدلُّون بها على خبر الله الصادق ووعده الحقِّ وثوابه للمؤمنين، وأنَّ الذي قدَّرها سيقدِّر غيرها، {ويهدِيَكم}: يما يُقَيِّضُ لكم من الأسباب {صراطاً مستقيماً}: من العلم والإيمان والعمل.
