    أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱلطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَـٰٓفَّـٰتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ ۚ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍۭ بَصِيرٌ

    (19) Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.

    {19} وهذا عتابٌ وحثٌّ على النظر إلى حالة الطير التي سخَّرها الله وسخَّر لها الجوَّ والهواء؛ تصفُّ فيه أجنحتها للطيران وتقبِضُها للوقوع، فتظلُّ سابحةً في الجوِّ متردِّدة فيه بحسب إرادتها وحاجتها، {ما يمسِكُهُنَّ إلاَّ الرحمنُ}: فإنَّه الذي سخَّر لهنَّ الجوَّ وجعل أجسادها وخلقتها في حالة مستعدةٍ للطيران؛ فمن نظر في حالة الطير واعتبر فيها؛ دلَّتْه على قدرة الباري وعنايته الربانيَّة، وأنَّه الواحدُ الأحدُ الذي لا تنبغي العبادة إلاَّ له. {إنَّه بكلِّ شيءٍ بصيرٌ}: فهو المدبِّر لعباده بما يليق بهم وتقتضيه حكمته.
