    وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَيْطَـٰنٍ رَّجِيمٍ

    (25) And it [i.e., the Qur’ān] is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens].

    {25} {وما هو بقول شيطانٍ رجيمٍ}: لما ذكر جلالة كتابه وفضلَه بذكر الرسولين الكريمين اللذين وَصَلَ إلى الناس على أيديهما، وأثنى الله عليهما بما أثنى؛ دَفَعَ عنه كلَّ آفةٍ ونقصٍ مما يقدحُ في صدقه، فقال: {وما هو بقول شيطانٍ رجيمٍ}؛ أي: في غاية البعد عن الله وعن قربه.
